Founded in 1992 as a Bumiputra oil and gas vendor/contractor, Mamanis Sdn Bhd (MMSB) began with a focus on maintenance projects. Our journey started with minor civil works at the MLNG Industrial Plant, quickly expanding to collaborations with key industry players, including ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer Sdn Bhd (ABF), Bintulu Port Holdings Bhd (BPHB), Petronas Methanol Labuan Sdn Bhd, Bintulu Kidurong Club (KKB), Jabatan Kerja Raya (Bintulu), Petronas Dagangan Berhad (PDB) for the Sarawak region, and Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB).

In 1995, MMSB was appointed as a vendor under the PETRONAS Vendor Development Program (VDP) for Plant Maintenance and Services, enhancing our credibility and establishing strong relationships with clients through quality service and performance. Our track record includes several significant contracts: Civil Maintenance & General Works for Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd Housing (1993–1996), Grit Blasting & Industrial Painting (1996), and Insulation & Scaffolding Services for ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer Sdn Bhd (1996–1998). Additionally, we were awarded Master Scaffolding works for Petronas Methanol Labuan Sdn Bhd and ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer Sdn Bhd (2016–2019).

These successes earned us recognition as the “Sarawak Outstanding Vendor” by PETRONAS in 2015. From 2017 to 2021, MMSB expanded into new challenges, providing HVAC services to Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for both offshore and onshore operations (2017–2019), executing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) of Chiller Replacement for ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer Sdn Bhd (2019–2021), and extending our services to government agencies.
